Four programs, two decades of service, all built on the same belief: structured giving changes lives.
Every program, the school, and every relief effort has been privately financed since 2005. The Foundation Deployed figure shows recent tracked spending. The Community Goal shows what we are inviting the public to contribute toward.
Every Friday, after Jummah prayers, SMMF serves a warm, wholesome meal to the community. This program has run consistently for years, a Friday tradition the community now counts on.
It is a tradition rooted in the spirit of Siraj Mia himself, who believed that sharing a meal is one of the most powerful forms of giving.

Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, SMMF organises daily Iftar distribution for community members who are fasting. The goal is simple: no one should go without a meal when breaking their fast.
In recent years, this program has grown significantly, distributing thousands of Iftar meals across the month and drawing volunteers from across the community.

Every year, SMMF recognises local students from the community who achieve GPA 5.00 in their SSC exams.
Education is the most powerful investment we can make in the future of our community. By celebrating these students' achievements, we inspire others to strive for excellence and remind families that their children's success matters to all of us.

Beyond our ongoing work, SMMF has stepped up during major crises and one-off situations, leaving a real mark each time.
As Bangladesh entered lockdown, SMMF acted immediately, distributing masks, rice, and essential goods across Dhaka. An anonymous drop-box system at Siraj Mia Memorial Model School helped middle-class families access aid without stigma.
When devastating flash floods submerged nearly 70% of Sunamganj in July 2022, SMMF mobilised within hours and reached remote families in Sylhet and Sunamganj before official relief convoys arrived. Being close to the community made it possible.
Every year, SMMF recognises students from the community who achieve GPA 5.00 in the SSC exams . The Siraj Mia Memorial Model School has held 1st place in SSC results in Badda thana for 7 years straight.
